Returns
We strive to create the best quality balance boards and yoga accessories around. If, however, you are not completely happy with your Huku product, it can be returned within 21 days for a full refund. Products must be returned in perfect condition, with no marks, damages or missing parts. Prior to returning the product to us, please contact us at hello@hukubalance.com to ensure we can put it right for you. The shipping fee for returns is the responsibility of the customer unless it is due to a manufacturing defect.

I had my eye on these for a while. For one thing they look beautiful. For another I wanted a way of doing core exercise that did not seem like exercise. First time on the board was a bit unnerving as it felt like I would fall when I felt that first roll. Plus I was tense too. I persisted and was able to get into it as I was perfectly safe. First go of maybe 3-5 minutes was quite enough. Second time a couple of days later I lasted ten minutes and when I lurched and rolled the panic subsided quickly. Looking up and ahead, not down, was key and although I was unable to relax on the board (something I think will come with practice) I was less tense and hit that sweet spot of balance, briefly before see-saw-rolling along. I did not feel like exercising as I was focused on balancing but I sure felt my muscles when I got off. A few more goes and I’ll be able to do it while watching telly which would be great. Being able to relax too while doing it, just tensing and flexing the muscles needed to balance, finding it easy is a long way off. I wanted a fun way to do core exercise and this fits the bill. It works for me.
I’m recovering from a knee injury and the core fit has increased the recovery time to strengthen muscles around the knee joint. Highly recommended but start slowly!
