Dispatch
We will process and dispatch orders within 48 hrs. In the event that a product is not available, we will make contact with you.
Orders will be dispatched between Monday and Friday.
During seasonal periods, e.g. Christmas, and Black Friday, order and delivery times may take longer.

At Huku Balance, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that timely delivery is crucial to the satisfaction of our customers, which is why we use a third-party shipping company to handle all our deliveries. Please note that while we take every measure to ensure that your package is delivered on time and in good condition, the responsibility of delivery lies with the third-party shipping company. Returns
We strive to create the best quality balance boards and yoga accessories around. If, however, you are not completely happy with your Huku product, it can be returned within 21 days for a full refund. Products must be returned in perfect condition, with no marks, damages or missing parts. Prior to returning the product to us, please contact us at hello@hukubalance.com to ensure we can put it right for you. The shipping fee for returns is the responsibility of the customer unless it is due to a manufacturing defect.
